Consulting
Our HR and Wellbeing Lead consultant PAYG hourly rates are based on three levels of consultant.
Associate Consultant £100ph
Senior Consultant £200ph
Executive Consultant £300ph
We also offer negotiable retainer options for an agreed number of hours per week / month for a fixed term or ongoing basis.
Workshops
Our workshops are evenly priced based on length.
£500 per 30min workshop
Half day workshop £2k
Day workshop £3k
How it works
Scope out the work that is needed, we can help in a free Discovery Call.
Select the level of generalist or specialist consultant, from Associate, Senior or Executive.
Our Thrive consultant will come and work in your business, on-site, hybrid or remote.
A monthly retainer or weekly invoicing, with any additional workshops or resourcing bolted on pay as you go.
